Mindfulness with Equines

Service Description

This two-hour session will allow for a deeply immersive experience with our horse herd and explores self-awareness and attunement. This workshop will nourish your mind, body, and soul as we embark in a shared experience of equine-supported activities guided by our equestrian wellness coach.
